Have you looked for a kitty harness? You might find one small enough for Patience. Or maybe put a garment on her first...a tiny T-shirt or something, then put the harness over the garment to keep the harness from rubbing and causing mats during walks until you decide what to do about her coat style. She is sure a cutie.
