My ZoE scaled the walls of her play pen at about ten weeks old too! Once she figured out how to do it, there was NO keeping her in there anymore. I ended up having to use a VERY tall gate with no vertical bars she could climb, to confine her to one room of the house when I was gone.
Luckily, she potty trained very quickly, so by four months of age I closed all the doors to the rooms I could, and gave her the run of the open part of the house (kitchen, dining room, living room)and kept her potty pads down the hall outside the bathroom.
