I always think of toddlers when puppys hit 5-6 months they stop growing quite so fast and they start teething. Good to measure the food being put in the dish and being left behind and writing it down for a few weeks. Keep an eye on what is coming out too, poop is a good indicator if enough has been eaten. My DD crushed Abby's kibble for a few weeks when her teeth were falling out.
