Once you get in the habit, and feel what it's like to start the day like that...it's so great.
I've been doing some HIIT training (high intensity interval training); that might be a nice workout for you, bc it's only 20 mins...and you can only do it 2-3x a week (or, too tough on recovery). I do it on the tread, but you can do it other ways too. It kicks your butt.
