hello everyone!

I have a 6 months old puppy. He always been a pudgy fluffy hair ball.A month and a half he got his first haircut and due to matting in some places , groomer shaved hair on the sides and legs. After that he started looking long ,skinny and tall, and kind off shaggy .It has been 6 weeks since that day and his hair just started to grow a little bit, but he still looks with tall this legs, thin and long. Will he ever look fluffy again? I have pictures of Charlie before and after in my Album
