The poodle has three official sizes, "Standard” “Miniature” and “Toy”, with toy being the smallest. The Yorkshire Terrier has only one official size and that’s the Toy size, of course, they come in different weights, but if you choose a good breeder, you’re pretty safe on getting a dog that weighs within the toy standard range, and that is "must not exceed 7 pounds".

Concerning price, I believe everyone should support a great breeder and I always suggest someone saving up their money. Buying from a good breeder saves you money in the long run, backyard breeders rarely do health testing. Most of us are not buying breeding dogs we are buying pets, but when you support good breeders, you are also supporting the future of the breed.
