Thanks i tried both last night and today growling and saying ouch and no bite she sometimes stopped and looked at me but then immediatly went back to it. If i remove my hands she jyst goes for my legs and toes. I have no found the bitter spray yet we live in a smaller town. I just got up and walked away. I hate not being able to play with her and i know she needs to chew but she might bite a tiny kid. She also is getting matted on her legs because i cant get her brushed unless of course i let her chew a hole in my hand while im doing it. I feel like im doing something wrong because its gone way beyond puppy chewing
