Kaji is still a cutie
- it's just hair and it will grow back before you know it. Keep telling Kaji that he's handsome so he doesn't feel bad about his new look. You will get used to it, and in a few days it won't seem so extreme anymore.
I do understand how you feel. I made a mess of Oliver's (shih tzu) hair the first time I attempted to give him a trim with the clippers last spring - it was so awful and uneven, and too short on his back legs (they looked like sticks!) I was so embarressed for him that I didn't even want to take him out for a walk!
