We've just recently gotten the belly bands for Ozzie to use when he is out of his pen and roaming the house. I know that it will take some getting used to, but he doesn't care for them right now. As soon as we put the belly band on, he pees. I will take that one off (because I worry about irritation) and put another one on (I use the ones with a sewn-in liner)...but I'm beginning to wonder if he doesn't pee in it on purpose hoping that it will come off. Should I leave it on him for awhile so that he will try to avoid wetting the band? I want to use this as a training aid. |
