Its just a puppy thing, they are more interested in exploring the our doors rather than going potty. All of mine did the same thing. You need to keep repeating their
name and "
GO Potty" "GO Potty" over and over and over until they go potty. And when they do
praise them and maybe even give a tiny treat like a Cheerio/cereal.
