I have a boy yorkie poo who is 18 weeks old. I'm trying to potty train him with pads & I'd take him for walks. I heard recently that crate training is the best way to potty train them. So I've been doing that but when I take him for walks he will never ever go to the bathroom outside!! Most dogs want to leave their mark on every poll but not him. He waits till he is inside the house to do it. Any suggestions????
