If you go to the site above (hope posting links here is okay) you can put the full header of an e-mail into the site and it will tell you where the e-mail is being sent FROM.
When you see it is coming from Cameroon -- or someplace clearly not what you're being told -- it is a scam. BIG TIME!
It is a handy trick to have when buying online.
