Tatiana has some crust around her eyes in the morning when she gets up (so do I, for that matter
). I clean her eyes after her breakfast as a routine. I wet my index finger and thumb, and very gently rub the fur in the inner corners of her eyes, and around her eyes, until the crust is gone. Then I use a wash cloth and gently dab her eyes dry.
Also, before her weekly bath, I do a touch-up on her haircut. I trim down the hair that grows into her eyes.
