I got one of these types of emails too. Notice it says "Headquarters in Cameroon", most of the emails don't tell you that, but that's where most of them originate. They don't have any consumer protection laws, so if you do business with them, you can't get your money back. Just a tip, don't buy from a breeder who uses the word "teacup". There is no defintion for the word and a good breeder will not use it. The Yorkshire Terrier is a toy breed and standard says must not exceed 7 pound, so look for a breeder who follows standard. You can tell them you want a smaller Yorkie, but buying a dog whose adult size is smaller than 4 pounds may come with lots of problems.
