I am loving it so far! I kept saying I would do it and now I finally have! On the weekends I am much more lax about the gym...I go whenever. Ohh and I like the idea of buring more fat in the morning! I also found that I am not as hungry throughout the day. I really am working on upping my gym routine. I don't want to loose weight before the wedding per say but I do want my arms toned and tummy flat!
