the one i just ordered from the link in my quote there is like a stitched name and phone number on the collar and it's a breakaway.

it ships to US for even cheaper. you can see examples if you click on the cat breakaway collars from there....

some other people were also talking about a metal tag that is embossed but lays flat on the tag so it wouldn't dangle and make noise....

i'll see if i can get the example pic on here
