I used to workout in the mornings before work, and I loved it! It was so great to get it done, and not have to fit it in later. Also, some say you'll burn more fat w/ morning w/o bc your body hasn't eaten since the day before.
I now workout whenever, but I loved those mornings...even though they were hard to get used to at first.
