I started early morning workouts a few months ago. With a full-time job, two dogs, a teen-age son with tons of activities, and an elderly father . . . I wasn't making my evening workouts. Something ALWAYS got in my way.
I'm adjusting to getting up at 5:00 but I'm tired during the day too. I usually make it until 10:00 as opposed to 11:00.
I love the group I workout with - but I can tell that I'm tired. My day started at 5:00 today and we didn't get home this evening (swim banquet) until 10pm. I don't think I'm going to make it tomorrow!
Ideally, I'd like to do my early morning workouts M-W-F and then try to squeeze a Wednesday evening Pilates and Saturday late morning (10:30) Pilates.
