If you have concerns, don't hesitate to contact your vet. Puppies growth rate will fluctuate, mainly I don't worry unless there is no growth or the puppy actually loses weight. Puppies go through little growth spurts just like human infants, so I'm leaning on the side that all is well, especially since there is no loss of appetite, and he's acting like his normal self.
