I am so sold on our Sonic's onion rings, it is the only place where I will order them. I hope your Sonic uses the same recipe and has the same wonderful frier ours must have. They are sooo good, I saved my leftovers from Monday to have later just because I couldn't eat them all and just couldn't throw anything that good away. But after scarfing some more of them today(I couldn't even wait to heat them up!), I did have to toss out the rest - I mean it's been 2 days! But they were still crunchy and good. And I only got a medium order. The large order is positively huge.
