Glad to hear that you are not done with the breeder. She may only have yorkies, but I agree with the others, Steve does look like he is mixed with a Chihuahua. I even noted some white on the tips of his paws which is not typically seen on purebred Yorkies. I would do the DNA test and see what that says - if it comes back that he is not full yorkie, I would definitely set up a meeting with the breeder and show her what you have - obviously make a copy of the DNA tests and keep the originals in a safe place in case you need them for small claims court. Think Judge Judy. That being said, a female can tie several times and I believe with more than one dog. So if Steve's mom tied with a male yorkie and then went outside and the neighbors male Chihuahua paid a visit, it is possible that there could be two dads for one litter. (Breeders.... if I am wrong about this - please correct).
