Carmen is right the parents size plays a small roll in the offsprings size. You have to look at what is in their background. It is especially important to do research on the background of a pup you are getting for breeding. The percentages of the part the ancestors play is greater if there is linebreeding or inbreeding in the peds. This is why breeders stress the importance of research.
