One of a few pet peeve's (sorry for the pun) of this whole story...that should have been just "one" of the final steps this young woman took in caring for Maggie.
You're definitely right tho...if not for Maggie, then for the next innocent dog & send the message loud & clear to the next dognapper (& their accomplices)...it won't be tolerated!
