Default Exercising in the morning vs. evening

I have always worked out after work in the evening. I have been debating switching to morning workouts. The reason for this is because I feel like a lot of stuff comes up in the evenings after work and I end up slacking on my workouts. I have also heard exercising in the morning gives you lots of energy throughout the day and one often gets a better workout because they aren't drained from being at work all day.

Ok so now to my point! This morning I have made the switch! I am officially a morning workout person. But here is the issue...Last night I kept thinking about how early I had to get up and because of that I didn't have the greatest nights sleep. With that said, my workout went great this morning! Tons of energy and it feels great to have my evening free! BUT...I am tired haha.

Have any of you made the switch from PM workouts to AM? What was it like for you? How long did it take you to get adjusted?
