Default Paw Pad Bleed

Gizmo and I just got done with out nightly walkies, and I was going to rinse off his tootsies when I noticed his back left paw had a little bit of blood on the pad. And it made sense because I noticed he was picking up his left back paw when we were walking.

So, out came the Epsom salts to get his tootsies soaked.
Lets just pray this doesn't turn into a vet visit with another infected tootsie.
Any other suggestions?

He's not limping or anything. In fact the little brat is chasing around my swiffer duster trying to catch and attack it.
