No, but I do not let mine walk in the street, either, or across parking lots. I would have lots of concerns...chemicals from chemtrails in the sky, bactria, and pollutants from cars. I do not let them walk in that ick because I do not want them to lick it off their paws. I might allow them to drink from puddles that are cleaner...perhaps after a hard couple days rain in a more woodsy, less urban setting, but not from the street. But I'm neurotic about stuff like that !
