I would think if it were a bladder infection she couldn’t hold it at night either. My guess is she has a very tiny bladder and hasn’t learned to hold it yet, urine production does slow down at night. Basically, she's not housebroken. I would limit the territory that she’s free to roam and place more pee pads out. When Joey was a puppy, there was always a pee pad close by. He just wouldn’t seek them out to much older.
