I just has Jazzie spayed a few weeks ago and she got a UTI while trying to heal (but I never seen any visible blood in her urine, doesn't mean it wasn't there though, and she also TRIED to pee a lot, most of the time she only went very lil, about the size of a quarter) :-( Doc put her on antibiotics and it cleared it right up. Hopefully this is all it is with your lil one and they can put her on antibiotics and she'll be all cleared up quickly.
