OHHHHHH YES!!!!!!! AKC will not be happy about a mix having "registration papers" indicating he is pure bred.....get the test done first, and see to be certain he is not pure bred, then contact the breeder with what you know is fact, and the concerns you have about his little legs, etc. If she knows you have nailed her with registration papers for a pure bred puppy, and the baby is a mix, you have some leverage to get at least your money refunded...mabe vet bills paid....He is adorable what ever he is, and you gaze upon him lovingly! He is a lucky little man! Good luck sweetie!
