I just visited my vet today with Trixie and Wally and he had the Sentinel. I use that for the heartworm and I use frontline for them also. I buy the one for the most weight an I split it up among my guys acording to their weight as it is the same price for small dogs as it is for large ones. 1 vile is more than enough for all 4 of mine at once.

I'm waiting on that because my Trixie has now started the steroid and the antibiotics today. I will do them in about 3 weeks or so.
