I have always walked Georgie using a harness and it was a lot of work but he is house trained. I found that rewarding him with praise and treats works well.
Georgie was our first Yorkie and I will tell you though you are in trouble....once they get you wrapped around their paws it's all downhill from there LOL. No really it's awesome to be loved by a Yorkie!
