I am very picky when it comes to photographs since I'm a photographer. I personally do not like the quality of snapfish.com or others like dotphoto.com, etc.
Walmart has an online upload system where, if you choose home delivery, the price is 12 cents per 4x6 print.
I much prefer Walmart than the ones I listed above.
If you're a Sams Club member, upload online and pick up in the store for 11 cents per 4x6.
For large prints, mpix.com is the way to go. They are the consumer division of an extremely reputable pro lab.
