This is how my Mini use to look allll the time with her allergies, and hers came on suddenly, it does look like a secondary infection which is usually what happens when they get a rash like this. Your vet will probably prescribe an antibiotic lie clavamox and possibly a steroid as it looks quite inflamed. I would give her a bath with some hypoallergenic shampoo and if you have given her benadryl before do so now. If she continues to get bouts like this ask your Vet about VARL testing.

Poor baby I know how uncomfortable she is, it use to rule my Mini's life, I know your feeling anxious.

Perhaps a call to your vet if they are not in today and ask about some temporary relief like the benadryl. Get her in tomorrow for sure, the secondary infection can take off like a rocket in no time and cover her whole body.
