That's what I mean, not an actual individual checking, but a general rule. And yes, I've seen a guy bring his female in heat to the dog park.

Kaji didn't leave my lap until we were picked up. It was the first time we went to this park. We've been living here for 2 years and I just found this place. Too bad it was a dud.
