Best thing would be talk to the owner. The dog park we go to there are a whole bunch of regulars. Well 2 of the regulars that go... the male pup always trys to hump the female pup...the females dad doesn't like that to happen so the males mom knows and when the male pupis trying...whoever see's it first will try to stop it. (sounds confusing and weird LOL) Good luck...
