Sentinel works well for Zoe pups. It can be paired with capstar or a topical esp when you see fleas. It does a good job of quickly stopping the lifestyle.
I'd think two or three days after going it would be long enough to see if it will work. They may be all over the house by now. So whatever you use, I would do it for at least three months straight and vacuum like mad.
