When we lost our Starr, my husband went right out and got another puppy the next day, our Luna. We had both been up all night just bawling, I have never seen my hubby cry like that before, or since
I thought he was a little crazy at first, and even got angry with him, but that little puppy helped take my mind off our loss because she needed me (she was tiny and hypoglycemic). So I totally understand. Who knew that such tiny little dogs would hold our hearts so tightly, huh?
