Sophie Kate was a rehome, I got her when she was 3 months old and honestly I knew NOTHING about dogs let along Yorkies.

My first stop was my Vet of 14 years, they gave me a Puppy Kit (food, reading materials) and kept her for an examination while they ordered me to Petco to buy a harness, leash, crate, potty pads, Nutrical and a brush. Once I returned one of the Vet Tech spent about 30 minutes with me teaching me how basic care and giving me the basics.

I found Yorkie Talk about a month later and have been learning ever since.

I must say the rehome mess (and it was a mess, trust me) turned out to be a true blessing in my life.
