Hi there I also belive you are on the right path, .. but the puppy will need lots of socialization with kids adults & other dog to be a good canine citizen, I would invest in a play group once all shots are up to date and the vet gives your pup a clean bill of health
also a puppy kindergarden class would be good you and puppy time
.... sine we are both in the NY general area i can refer you to some places but we both have petco, the ASPCA, & petsmarts for starters
I am in Ny myself , i have found a breeder in Nj , were are you getting you furbaby from ? is your yorkie going to be on the larger or smaller side of the totem pole ?
