I think you need to rethink about this, I may be mistaken but its seemms like she still has health issue, like not drinking water and other things you mentioned. You need to atleast stablelize her before putting her up for adoption. If she gets adopted and something happens it would be devastating.

The vet has given her a clean bill of health.
