I guess she probably didn't get any health insurance on the pup, right? She might want to look into getting some if it is even possible at this point. She could be looking at many more health problems in the future. I think most pet stores only refund the money if the pet dies or it is proven it has a genetic disorder and I think you have to return the pet and have all kinds of documentation besides. That pup is going to need lots of rest and TLC when it comes home. Not good to have young kids around it even if it does perk up it will go down hill fast if it gets too much exertion until it is totally recovered. She needs to watch that pup closely for the common disorders a puppy mill pup (especially a Yorkie) tends to get. Hopefully the vet has checked it out for all possible parasites and other harmful organisms.
