Hello, I am to get a 8 week Yorkie this saturday and yes, i am a bit nervous. OK, OK...really nervous as this is my first pet. I am concerned about the attention this baby will need. I work full time and go to school part time 2 days a week and live alone. I have talked to a few people and they stated that i will be fine, just have to get her used to my scheduled which can take 2- 3 weeks.

I was also told that i should be fine with me getting a play gate used for kids to set up in a area of my home with her to have food, water, bed, toys, litter pads as she is already trained, and a shirt or item of clothing with my scent so that she may familirize herself with it.

Please advise as i want to make sure i am making the right decision> I love this yorkie and want to know that i can have her.
