Pretty or not, and I prefer the skirt to the harness/bodice, I think I'd need more money than brains to even think about buying this dress. Besides, if I was going to make my girl fur baby carry that much weight, I'd just get her a backpack and let her tote around a portable bar, or a plasma TV, or a car or something actually useful.
