Yuck! How are puppy mills still legal?
My friend just rescued a Yorkie that came from a puppy mill. She is soooo shy and nervous. She obviously had many litters and is having a hard time adjusting to her new family. She stays in her crate mostly and never plays. It is sooo sad! I would rescue all the Yorkies in the world if I could.
