Believe me, I spent years giving Ellie whatever. One time I gave her a huge plate of old, fatty beef and onions..because that's just what you do for dogs! She was fine. Then a Frosty Paw set her off. Then some not-so-lean beef in her homecooked food... It happens with no warning at any time and can cost a life.
