Hey, I just recently got a beautiful yorkie puppy named Eva
and just needed some advice about walking her. I live in Canada and there's still quite a bit of snow and it shouldn't completely melt until April-ish. My question is should I get a head start on walking her outside even though she's still young or wait until spring comes along. Basically what age is it alright to throw the harness on her and show her off to the neighbourhood
