Hey guys! I made this dress for Katie Scarlett a few days ago. This is my first dress with collar and the double ruffle on the skirt. I still need a little more practice with the collar and I think I'll make the skirt layers a bit longer, but she still looks so colorful and cute today. This will be her flirty dress I reckon'...she can show off them legs with the short skirt! (Wink Wink going out to her boyfriend, Peyton....) Tee hee!
