Our vet's advice was everything in moderation. They're pretty high-cal, but I read the nutrition label and was pretty shocked to find there wasn't ANY meat in them. Tallulah loves them and I've really seen improvement in the overall condition of her teeth. (We previously had really bad dental habits.) I've never noticed any blockage issues and she's a tiny three-pounder. It never fails to shock me how much she likes them as she's such a little carnivore and they're all fruit and veggie.
