We use the John Paul pet products and occasionally TGI's Bed Head doggy line. TGI makes a waterless foaming shampoo, and I think some other lines do. It's a good in-between solution. A quality brand of bath wipes usually do the trick.
Our waterless shampoo smells HEAVILY of strawberries and the scent lasts for days. The only gripe I have is that at first it's pretty potent to an almost sickening extent. But I'm positive there are other types out there and deodorizing spray never hurts either.
