We too practiced walking on leash inside the house. This really helped us. We also practiced around other dogs inside at puppy kindergarten. Now KS is a natural. If she gets distracted, I make a little soft tug on the leash and she knows that means to keep on walking with me. There are days when she can be a bit stubborn, but I am trying to walk her everyday and I think it is helping. Good luck!
